The building will be located at the end of a long garden, be made of a timber frame construction with painted render and cedar cladding. Exercises and equipment require the additional height of a pitched roof. 236 Steventon Road Drayton Abingdon OX13 6RN. PC: Support: There are other garden buildings similarly located. 2. 4m high complies with the regs on garden buildings. |

a) Tree Protection Order (TPO). It was agreed to audit all the trees in the village and asses if they should have a TPO placed on them.
ACTION: Deputy Clerk to ask the Drayton Wildlife Group if they would be willing to audit all the trees in the village.
b) Village Assets. It was noted that the Council may want to listed and protect historical assets such as buildings, walls and ponds.
