of the Remote Meeting held on 9th February 2021 at 7:00pm.

Not Present: All Councillors were present.
In Attendance: Christopher Price (Deputy Clerk and meeting administrator).

10/2021 Declarations of Interest, Dispensations and Use of Delegated Powers. None.
Reserved Business. Exclusion of the Public and Press. In view of the nature of the business to be transacted any members of the public and press were temporarily excluded from the meeting (Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 s.1).
11/2021 Development Opportunities. A strategic discussion about development opportunities was noted.
ACTION: Graham Webb to respond to the correspondence regarding development opportunities.

17/2021 Kiln Lane Tree Removal. It was noted that a number of large trees have been felled in a garden of a property along Kiln Lane. It was also noted that it might be prudent to see if there are any trees in Drayton that need a Tree Protection Order.
