Refuse Collection
The Vale of White Horse District Council waste collection service helps you recycle more and reduce the amount of rubbish sent to landfill.
Food waste must be separated and is collected weekly whilst non-recyclable waste and recyclable waste are collected in alternate weeks.

What goes in which bin

Please put recycling loose inside your bin and make sure the bin lid is closed. Extra recycling can be put out next to your bin in clear or opaque sacks, carrier bags or cardboard boxes. Please wash and squash your recycling and remove the tops off bottles (these can still go in the recycling bin).
