  4. Councillor Priority Fund. Suggestions for the £3,000.00 allocated for Drayton.

6) Minutes of the Previous Parish Council Meetings.

To approve the minutes of the previous meetings.

7) Action Checklist from the Previous Meeting.

To note the list of actions taken and completed since the last meeting and report back on actions taken.

8) Finance and Personnel Committee (Patricia Athawes).

  1. Payments. To receive and note the list of payments and to nominate the two Councillors who will approve the on-line payments.
  2. Bank Reconciliation. To note the bank reconciliation.
  3. Disposition of Council Funds. To note the disposition of council funds.
  4. Finance and Personnel Committee Meeting. To note the draft minutes of the Finance and Personnel Committee Meeting held on Monday 19th October and consider the recommendations of the committee.
  5. Appointment of the Internal Auditor 2020-21. To confirm the appointment of the Internal Auditor for 2020-21
  6. Budget Review. To agree that the Clerk can amend the budget within the alpha accounts package.
  7. Grant Application. Cauldwell Day Centre for £6,000.00.

To note the response to the current national planning consultation approved by the Chairperson and Vice Chair and submitted by the Clerk.

10) Neighbourhood Development Plan Working Group (Tamsin Crane)

Update on proposed Project Manager role.

12) Burial Ground.

  1. Wedge Shaped Tablet for Cremation Plots. To consider a revised rule to allow raised tablets.
  2. Reserved Plot Policy. To consider revised rule to remove our reserved plot policy.

13) Allotments (Richard Wade/Tamsin Crane)

Proposed review of utilisation/upkeep.
