Vale of White Horse District Council

Election of a Parish Councillor

for the parish listed below

1. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer at 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton, Abingdon, OX14 4SB on any day after the date of this notice, on Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4pm on Friday 21st February 2020
2. Nomination Papers may be obtained from the offices of the Returning Officer, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton, Abingdon, OX14 4SB, during the times stated above.
3. If any election is contested the poll will take place Thursday 19th March 2020.
4. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electorial Registration Officer by midnight on Tuesday 3rd March 2020. Applications can be made online:
   https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote
5. Applications, ammendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electorial Registration Officer at 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton, Abingdon, OX14 4SB by 5pm on Wednesday 4th March 2020.
6. Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electorial Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday the 11th March 2020/strong>.
7. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election on the grounds of physical incapacity or for work/service reasons must reach the Elkectorial Registration Officer at 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton, Abingdon, OX14 4SB by 5pm on Thursday 19th March 2020. The physical incapacity must have occurred after 5pm on Wednesday 11th March 2020. To apply on the grounds of work/service, the person must have become aware that they cannot go to the polling station in person after B5pm on Wednesday 11th March 2020.
